Well Concept

About this Unit

Unit Description

Once the characterization of the reservoir has been done correctly, conceptual development begins with appraisal plans, well concepts and their economics and finally full field development. The IPO conventional well concept unit considers well geometry selection combined with the most applicable completion techniques and spacing to maximize productivity and improve recovery specifically from conventional formations. Having an appropriate field development plan early in the life of a reservoir can result in significant long term savings and greatly improved ultimate recovery.
